Augury is looking for a creative, make it happen recruiter to join our NY team for a full time position. Someone who knows our people are our most important asset and wants to take part in growing our global team of curious, smart and creative people.We believe the biggest perk for employees is who they work with.

A day in your life here:

You will be an Augury ambassador, constantly challenged to think creatively about how to drive hiring results. Working as part of a global team that is responsible for developing and executing a recruiting strategy, you’ll manage the full-cycle recruiting process for our Business organization. You’ll create a candidate experience that gives genuine insight into our culture and what it’s really like to work here.

  • Work with hiring managers to define roles, personas and hiring process
  • Be a hiring expert- structuring interviews and training the hiring team with best practices
  • Increase Augury employer brand to build a strong pipeline of  potential candidates
  • Source active and passive candidates from relevant networks and databases through networking and research
  • Champion our employee referral program in NY
  • Be the main contact person to all candidates- from sourcing to offering, to ensure a great candidate experience
  • Maintain our ATS, regularly track pipeline, priorities and performance data

What you bring:

  • Experience: 3+ years of in-house recruiting, focused on sales positions. Fast paced scaling startup experience is a MUST
  • Exceptional communications skills: You love listening and communicate in a way that  engages people to work with you
  • Ownership: You’re independent, know to focus on what matters, and committed to delivering
  • Make it happen approach: You love challenges and find solutions to tough problems. You reinvent and try new things, not afraid to fail- and value the learning in each experiment
  • Flexibility: During rapid growth things evolve quickly. You embrace the changes and are fast to respond
  • Detail-oriented: You’re on top of all moving parts, and see the entire  hiring picture. You rely on data and feedback in making decisions
